About Nordak

Nordak is an independent Australian vehicle upgrade visualiser. You upload a photo of your own vehicle and see real aftermarket parts on it, so you can judge how an upgrade actually looks on your paint colour, trim and ride height before spending anything.

It covers 173 parts from 25 brands across wheels, tyres, lift kits, bull bars, canopies, roof racks and snorkels.

Why it exists

Aftermarket parts are sold through catalogue photos of somebody else’s vehicle. A wheel on a white wagon in a studio tells you very little about the same wheel on your own vehicle, and a tyre tread close-up tells you nothing at all about sidewall height or how much of the arch it fills.

People end up buying from imagination, or from a build thread featuring a different colour, generation and ride height. Nordak exists to replace that guess with a picture of your actual vehicle.

What Nordak will not tell you

Nordak shows appearance. It is not a fitment authority and it does not confirm that a part will bolt to your vehicle. Diameter, width, offset, bolt pattern, centre bore, load rating, brake clearance, airbag compatibility, roof load limits and legal compliance all depend on your exact year and variant.

Every preview carries that caveat, and it is deliberate. It would be easy to imply more certainty than the tool has, and a visualiser that quietly lets you believe it has checked fitment is worse than no visualiser at all. Confirm any combination with a qualified supplier before you buy.

Real products, not generic shapes

The catalogue is built from real products with real manufacturer reference images, so a Black Rhino wheel looks like that Black Rhino wheel. Unbranded presets sit alongside them for exploring a direction before you settle on a specific product. The 173 parts and 25 brands quoted above are read live from the catalogue, so this page cannot claim more than the studio actually offers.

How the guides are researched

Nordak publishes 7 buying guides, held to a documented research standard rather than written from opinion. Every one carries its full source list on the page: 43 sources from 20 publishers across the set, with the date each one was checked.

Each guide states which vehicles, generations and variants it covers, and which it does not. Advice for a standard Ranger is not advice for a Ranger Raptor, and a guide that blurs the two is worse than no guide. Where the evidence does not support a recommendation, the guide says so instead of picking a winner.

Published data

The wheel diameter data behind the studio is published rather than kept private: 42 models across 85 finishes, each row carrying the manufacturer source it came from and the date it was checked. It is the same data that decides what you can select in the studio, so the table and the product cannot disagree.

Your photos

Uploads and previews are private by default and visible only to your account. Nordak does not publish, sell or use your photos for marketing without your explicit consent. You can delete individual photos, individual previews or your whole account, including every stored image, from Settings at any time.

Generating a preview sends your photo to an AI image provider for processing. Vehicle photos can contain number plates, addresses and faces, so it is worth being deliberate about what you upload.

Australian, and pay as you go

Nordak is built in Australia. Prices are in Australian dollars, the catalogue and guides are researched against Australian sources and fitment, and tyre sizes are discussed the way they are sold here. The exception is the Tacoma, which is a United States pilot and uses American spelling and sizing throughout.

There is no subscription. A new account includes 3 free previews so you can judge the quality on your own vehicle before spending anything, and after that you buy a one-time pack when you want more. Previews do not expire.
