Privacy policy

What we collect

We collect your account email, the vehicle photos you upload, the previews you generate, your build selections, payment records (handled by Stripe; we never see your card details) and basic product analytics about how the app is used.

Your photos

Uploaded photos and generated previews are private by default. They are stored securely and are only visible to your account. We do not publish, sell or use your photos for marketing without your explicit consent. Vehicle photos can contain sensitive detail, such as number plates, addresses and faces. Avoid uploading anything you would not want stored.

AI processing

To generate previews, your photo and build selections are sent to our AI image provider (OpenAI) for processing. Images are processed to produce your preview and are subject to the provider's data handling terms.

Retention and deletion

Your uploads and generations are retained until you delete them. You can delete individual generations, individual photos, or your whole account (including all stored images) at any time from Settings.

Advertising measurement

If you allow Meta cookies, we use the Meta Pixel to measure page visits, checkout starts and purchases and to help personalise advertising on Facebook and Instagram. Meta receives browser and device information, cookie identifiers, page information and, for purchases, the build pack, amount, currency and an event identifier. We do not include your vehicle photos, generated images, email address or payment card details in our advertising event payloads. Automatic advanced matching and automatic event detection are not enabled by our integration.

You can decline or withdraw permission using Advertising privacy settings. Withdrawal stops future events from this browser; it does not remove information already received by Meta. Your choice is remembered for six months and does not affect access to Nordak. Our existing product analytics are separate from this advertising choice.
