Looking at ROH wheels for your HiLux? Start with Assault, Crawler and Atlas. They give you three different looks, with vehicle-specific options listed by ROH for the Australian 2015 to 2025 N80 HiLux SR and SR5 4x4.

For a daily that also goes touring, we would compare the 17-inch versions first. Choose the design you like, confirm the right specification for your HiLux, then see it on your own vehicle before buying.

Three ROH wheels to compare

ROH Assault is our first comparison for a tougher-looking build. Its rally-inspired face and bolt-detailed lip work visually with a bull bar, canopy and all-terrain tyres. Matte Black keeps the build dark; Bronze Centre Black Lip adds contrast. Finish availability depends on the exact wheel specification. See ROH Assault details.

ROH Crawler gives you a more detailed mesh face. We would compare it on an SR5 daily or touring build where you want the wheel design to stand out. ROH offers Matte Black and Machined finishes across the range, with availability varying by size and offset. See ROH Crawler details.

ROH Atlas is another option for a modern touring look. Its Graphite Centre Black Lip finish is worth comparing if you want something between an all-black wheel and a brighter machined face. ROH lists 17x9 and 18x9 versions. See ROH Atlas details.

Those are styling preferences. The fitment decision comes next.

What fits an N80 HiLux SR or SR5?

The N80 SR/SR5 4x4 applications below use 6x139.7, meaning six wheel studs on a 139.7 mm pitch circle. That is only the first check. Width, offset, hub location, brakes and tyre size also have to suit your vehicle.

These are specific 17-inch examples marked 'Recommended' in ROH's vehicle selector, checked on 8 October 2026:

WheelSizeStud patternOffsetPublished load per wheel
Assault17x96x139.7+12 mm1500 kg
Crawler17x96x139.7+12 mm1500 kg
Atlas17x96x139.7+12 mm1500 kg

Treat these as manufacturer starting points for that application, with final confirmation from your supplier. They do not approve every tyre, suspension setup or registration requirement.

Offset is how far the wheel's mounting face sits from its centreline. At the same width, a lower offset moves the wheel further out. For example, ROH labels the 17x9 Crawler at zero offset 'Aggressive' for this HiLux, rather than 'Recommended'. Check clearance and tyre coverage before choosing the wider stance.

Should you choose 17 or 18 inches?

Start with 17 inches for a mixed daily and touring build. At the same overall tyre diameter, a 17-inch wheel leaves more tyre sidewall than an 18. An 18-inch wheel gives the wheel face more visual presence and may suit the look you want for an SR5 daily.

Your tyre still needs an approved rim-width range. A factory tyre being marked R17 does not establish that it suits a nine-inch-wide replacement wheel. Confirm the complete wheel and tyre combination.

Rogue, GR Sport and other HiLux models

The table covers N80 SR and SR5 4x4 applications. Use a separate vehicle selection for WorkMate, 2WD, Rogue, GR Sport, earlier HiLux models and the N90.

Toyota's Australian GR Sport launch information identifies the wider track shared with the updated Rogue. Match the build date and variant before carrying an SR5 recommendation across.

Before ordering, have your supplier confirm the exact part number, brake and hub clearance, wheel hardware, tyre suitability, axle-load requirements and any GVM upgrade conditions. Check clearance through steering and suspension movement, plus the rules where the HiLux is registered. VSB 14 provides national technical guidance and directs owners to their registration authority for local requirements.
